The Blind Boys of Alabama are legendary gospel icons whose music has uplifted audiences for over eight decades. Formed in 1939 at the Alabama Institute for the Negro Deaf and Blind, the group has remained true to its roots while redefining gospel music for new generations. Their powerful harmonies and soul-stirring performances have earned them five Grammy Awards, a Gospel Music Hall of Fame induction, and invitations to perform at the White House. With collaborations spanning artists like Prince, Bonnie Raitt, and Ben Harper, the Blind Boys continue to inspire with their message of faith, perseverance, and joy.
