BOX OFFICE MANAGER/DATABASE COORDINATOR

 

Carnegie Hall is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as Box Office Manager/Database Coordinator. The Box Office Manager is the first point of contact for patrons calling or visiting Carnegie Hall. The Box Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the box office and is responsible for ticket sales for performances and events and for registering patrons for classes, workshops, Kids’ College, and other activities as well as the inventory, display and sales of institutional merchandise.

 

The Box Office Manager will also serve as Database Coordinator who will ensure the integrity of our Customer Relations Platform, and provide accurate reporting, mailing lists, labels, and clerical support. Other responsibilities will include supervision of the continuing effort to preserve the history of the Hall through a historical exhibit and archive maintenance of digital and paper records.

 

We are seeking an individual with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; exceptional organizational, time management, and computer skills (experience with SalesForce or PatronManager and digital form creation/management a plus); excellent written and oral communication abilities; a strong work ethic; and a positive, friendly attitude. The position may require weekend and evening hours. Salary commensurate on experience. Competitive benefit package.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Carnegie Hall is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic Development Associate to work with the Development Director and President/CEO to support the fundraising and development efforts of Carnegie Hall. The Development Associate will assist in communicating with sponsors/donors; coordinate special events; document development activities in the Customer Relations Management platform (CRM); provide administrative support for grant creation, administration, and documentation; support various committees; and provide other support as necessary for the Development Director and CEO.

 

We are seeking an individual with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; exceptional organizational, time management, and computer skills (experience with SalesForce or PatronManager and digital form creation/management a plus); excellent written and oral communication abilities; a strong work ethic; and a positive, friendly attitude.
